While on Facebook, I am constantly asked where I live. Are you asked this as well? Those Facebook techies really want to know where I live and to be honest, I don't know what to tell them. While in Italy it was easy to place my location there but now I'm back. Do I live in California or do I live in Arizona? Do I want to/can I claim either?
Yesterday I was observing a Speech Therapist for some observation hours I need for my major and I was wearing a name tag that said my name and my school. So the woman said, "Oh you go to the University of Arizona! Welcome!" She welcomed me to my own home state. For some odd reason I was offended by this and wanted to rip the name tag off and toss any connections to Arizona out the window. "I don't want to be associated with Arizona! I don't live there! I live here, in Sacramento, just like you!" I screamed in my head. But do I?
Being 20 is weird and kind of a middle place. I'm just fumbling through the motions and trying to stay afloat. But for the time being, and while I figure out where I want to claim my location, I am going to take a long break from blogging.
I'll continue reading my favorite blogs (you know who you are) but Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust is going to be quiet for awhile.
Thanks for being a friend. :) I'll see you around.

I am pretty sad about this :(
But I do understand! I just turned 20 a month ago... it is quite a confusing age.
I understand the need to just decompress and recharge. I have done the same over at my blog.
Your early 20s are such an odd stage of life, for so many reasons. I have started to embrace the unknown and uncertainty, and it's gotten easier to accept that I don't have all the answers right now.
I hope that helps!
ugh, 20s are so confusing! but you'll figure it out.
