I snapped this photo the other day while we were driving down the street.
I yelled "PULL OVER. STOP THE CAR." to my friend (which, yes, made her freak
out) and I ran down the street with my camera and snapped away.
I think it was one of those moments they tell you about. Those moments that tell you to stop. look
around. snap that photo because this is a perfect moment.

this photo/quote combination is are perfect pair. And - I'm a "stop the car" yeller myself.
I wonder what kind of trees those are with the yellow flowers - I've never seen them in Portland!
The trees are Palo Verdes. They are huge in Tucson. Maybe they're desert trees? I'm in love with them but if you have allergies I've been told they're your enemy. haha
